Naomi is studying biosystems engineering at the WA Franke Honors College at The University of Arizona.
She is currently conducting research in the Hurwitz Lab at the BIO5 Research Institute. Within her research, she is learning how to write python and shell scripts to create bioinformatics pipelines and analyze metagenomic data.
